ABOUT ONE DELIGHTFUL COOKIE

Since 2016, our little bakery has been dedicated to handcrafting delicious, high quality baked goods. We carefully select only the best ingredients and since we bake everything from scratch in small batches, we are able to take extra care to make sure everything is perfect. We treasure and practice simple, traditional, time honored baking techniques but above all, we believe that the best kind of baked goods are a little fancy but not at all fussy, and of course that they should be made with a lil' butter and a lot of love.

One Delightful Cookie is a certified cottage food company that operates out of a Long Beach home based kitchen. All products are made and hand-packaged in our kitchen in Long Beach, CA.
