One Delightful Cookie is a certified cottage food company that operates out of a Long Beach home based kitchen. All products are made and hand-packaged in our kitchen in Long Beach, CA.
Please Note: Our products are made in a kitchen that processes foods that contain wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds and chocolate. While some cookies may not contain all of these products, small amounts of them may be found in our products. This is outside of our control. WE do apologize for the inconvenience. HELLO! Welcome to my 'accidental' bakery.
I believe the best kind of baked goods are a little fancy but not at all fussy.
There are only 5 key ingredients.
Butter, eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder and mixings of your choice.
Tah dahhhhh!

🍪 Some of you have been on this adventure from the beginning,
where the cookie story started in my vintage shop on the refreshment counter.
Everyone (I thought) forgot about the cookies after I closed the shop in 2017 and
pursued a real estate career.
💌 Covid19 lockdown and quarantine revived the cookies. Teachers were stressed up learning to zoom classes. Many of you gifted cookies to front line workers. And others reached out for get well or condolence deliveries. 🚗 Thank you for allowing me to be a part of 2 years of 'porch drop' holidays and events with you.
